Locals up in arms over dramatic new residents parking scheme    Local Tenby residents were up in arms last week when it was announced that the new residents parking scheme would be made mandatory as of Easter 2007.  However the Traffic Wardens Union showed some concern for the safety of their members and warned that issuing of Parking Tickets would be more hazardous than normal !!
